Principal magistrate David Mburu said the former Devolution CS should neither speak of the scam nor cause the publication of any comments relating to the money laundering case against 11 suspects.
Waiguru was sued by suspect Paul Kinuthia who claimed she was using the case to gain political mileage.
The former Cabinet Secretary made shocking revelations when she questioned afresh by the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee.
Waiguru took the scandal to Deputy President William Ruto’s doorstep, saying his aide Farouk Kibet was a key figure in the NYS heist and made 150 calls with suspect Ben Gethi at the time of the scandal.
She also named key Ruto ally Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen as another important figure with many contacts with businessman Gethi.
She put up a spirited defence of her own role, saying she was a blameless whistle-blower.
